With the daily uncertainty surrounding the current Coronavirus outbreak, we wanted to reassure you that we’ve got your back!
The best interests of our customers and staff have always been at the heart of our business, and now is no different. We’ve already implemented processes to protect and support our workforce and to minimise any impact on the great customer service you would usually expect from us. This includes working from home where possible, increased focus on strict hygiene practises and keeping contact to a minimum where possible. We’ll continue to monitor and follow the guidance of the British Government and HSE and adapt where necessary to protect the health of our staff and maintain customer service and supply of product.
The biggest concern we’re hearing is about reduced or delayed availability of product. We would like to reassure you that delivery of sectional garage doors has not been affected, but we are asking customers to allow 1 extra week on top of the usual 3-4 weeks lead time. For roller garage door customers, we currently hold many weeks’ worth of stock here in the UK, available for immediate delivery within the usual 3-5 working days.
For our existing customers, it really is business as usual. For those of you that may be affected by stock from other suppliers, don’t hesitate to give us a call and we’ll do our best to help you minimise the impact on your business.
At this time, we understand the importance of your businesses continuing to trade, albeit safely, and we’ll offer any support we can to help you do this. Should you require any further information, reassurance or help with product supply please do not hesitate to contact us.
Going forward, our customers are best advised to devise a contingency plan to cover illness, implement strict hygiene practise among staff and reassure your customers that all measures are being taking to ensure their installations can proceed without risk.
