Well Done Jason!
Jason Wade has been promoted to Sales and Marketing Director for JDUK Door Systems. He joined the team as National Sales manager 6 years ago in 2016. During that time, he has been instrumental in growing the company’s sectional garage door supply business among UK garage door installers and spearheaded JDUK’s recent rebrand and successful move to a new supplier.
Now, as business looks to the future for growth, both with existing products and some new products planned to be launched very soon, it will be Jason’s responsibility to research the opportunities, plan the route to market and work closely with marketing and all other departments to launch the new products in a timely manner.
About his new role, Jason said, “As well as recapturing the sectional door market and continuing its growth, our aim is also to add new products to our offer, giving installers and homeowners more choice than ever before, such as side hinge garage doors and aluminium and steel entrance doors. Automation is also something we anticipate to see rapid growth, both with existing garage doors motors, a new roller door remote control unit as well as rolling out tubular motors and accessories to the wider market. I’m looking forward to the leading my experienced and skilled team to achieve our business goals and continue to deliver top-class customer service to our installers.”
Introducing Zoe and Lewis…
As part of this push on growth and customer service, JDUK Door Systems has strengthened its field sales team with the appointment of Zoe Clavin and Lewis Blake. Lewis joins the team as Area Sales Manager in the South and Zoe, who already worked internally at JDUK generating new business, has been promoted to Area Sales Manager in the North.
Zoe had previously worked as a manager in hospitality for over 15 years, before moving into sales to gain a better work/life balance. She joined JDUK in January 2022 and played a pivotal role in obtaining new business. Due to hard work and determination with a desire to succeed, she has now been appointed the new Area Sales Manager for the North.
Zoe said, “I really enjoy working at JDUK. The team is fantastic and everyone gives each other lots of support. I’m really looking forward to the future here and this great opportunity I have now to progress. Special thanks to Jason Wade for providing me with all the tools and training needed to get me here.”
New to the JDUK sales team is Lewis Blake. Lewis’s primary role will be Area Sales Manager for the South. He has a wealth of experience in field sales and is set to make a huge contribution to the continued growth of the company.
Lewis has been in construction for 24 years, starting as a carpenter where he did an apprenticeship, then moving into sales 19 years ago. Lewis’s previous roles have been mainly dealing in fire rated doors and plantation shutters. His most recent role, prior to joining JDUK was for a European flooring distributor to the trade.
Lewis said, “I’m looking forward to helping customers grow their businesses with our products and at the same time also growing JDUK. From the first time speaking and meeting with Jason and Steve, I knew I would be able to work with them both to achieve all of our goals. In my first week in the business, everyone has been very welcoming and helpful. I can’t wait to get out meet my customers.”
